Your new role

As a Sales Back Office Specialist you'll be responsible for ensuring, together with the SBO organization, the delivery of excellent Sales Back Office services every day, providing the highest quality customer service.

You can make a real impact in this role, initiate improvements and support Franke digitalization & automation projects and contribute and take part in the creation of a European Sales Back-office organization.
We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented savvy individuals to join us. You will report directly to the Team Leader Sales Back Office.

Your main responsibilities

  • Resolving written customer inquiries concerning orders, products, and services  
  • Providing first level product support to customers via written communication 
  • Managing product returns and claims  
  • Creating field service orders  
  • Performing order processing during peak times 
  • Taking part in testing new solutions and participation in process improvement projects 
  • Creating and updating proper process documentations  
  • Support on newcomers onboarding
  • Support of service scope expension

What you bring

  • Experience in work with SAP/SD module and/or SAP C4C is an advantage 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Experience in customer-/after sales - service  
  • High level of customer and solution orientation
  • Ability to work independently and within a team 
  • Willingness to learn quickly  
  • Basic technical understanding is an advantage
  • English min. B1 level
  • Dutch min. B2 level
