About the job

As a Sales Back Office Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our business customers across Europe and ensuring smooth and efficient order and service processes. Together with the international Sales Back Office team, you will deliver excellent support every day, helping our clients and internal partners achieve their goals. In this role, you’ll have a chance to make a real impact - by improving processes and supporting digitalization project and shaping the future of our European Back Office operations. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, learn about our products and systems, and continuously grow your technical and communication skills in a collaborative, international environment.
 

Your tasks

  • providing product and order support to German-speaking business customers via written communication
  • managing product returns and claims
  • creating field service orders
  • creating and updating proper process documentation
  • performing order processing during peak periods to keep operations running smoothly
  • participating in testing new solutions and improving processes and projects

What you bring

  • fluency in German language (min. B2/C1 level)
  • knowledge of English language (min. B2 level)
  • first experience in after sales-service 
  • customer-focused approach, strong orientation to KPI and targets
  • basic technical understanding is an advantage
