About the job

As a Senior Sales Back Office Specialist you'll be responsible for ensuring, together with the SBO organization, the delivery of excellent Sales Back Office services every day, providing the highest quality customer service.
You can make a real impact in this role, initiate improvements and support Franke digitalization & automation projects and contribute and take part in the creation of a European Sales Back-office organization.
We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented savvy individuals to join us. You will report directly to the Team Leader Sales Back Office.
 

Your tasks

  • Processing orders using company internal tools (creation, modification, cancellation, follow-ups, quotes) in a timely manner (within SLA) according to Franke quality standards
  • Handling customer inquiries related to orders, products and services in a clear and customer-centric way
  • Managing product returns and claims
  • Active participation in process improvement projects
  • Providing first level product support to customers
  • Verify and collecting missing information
  • Creating and updating proper process documentation
  • Support on newcomers onboarding and cross internal trainings
  • Support of service scope expansion
  • Creating field service orders
  • Meeting or exceeding department targets and KPI’s
  • Behave as a subject matter expert and support for other Team members

What you bring

 

  • High level of customer and solution orientation
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service or similar (partial experience in Franke is an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Decision making and problem-solving attitude
  • Willingness to learn quickly
  • English min. B2 level 
  • German min. B2/C1 level
