Water Systems Commercial (WSC)

Water Systems Commercial (WSC) is a leading provider of intelligent systems for private as well as semi-public and public washrooms, including taps, showers, washbasins, accessories and water management systems. From 1 May 2021, Water Systems Commercial (WSC) is no longer part of the Franke Group because the business has been sold. We have reached an agreement with the new owners to continue to post the job vacancies operated by the Franke Group to ensure a smooth transition.


We are currently looking for an International Sales Manager (w/m/d).


The role is based in Unterkulm (Switzerland), Ludwigsfelde, Rottenburg (Germany) or Hard (Austria) depending on the candidate's preference.


Your future main tasks

  • Meeting and beating budgeted sales and margin expectations
  • Identify, research, and capitalize on market opportunities to increase product sale ability 
  • Leading assigned markets with internal sales representatives, agents or distributors 
  • Supporting the Vice President Sales on relevant sales and marketing topics 
  • Developing existing- and opening new markets 
  • Meeting key clients and stake holders to negotiate annual contracts and closing of key projects 
  • Responsible for budget and market and controls const & expenses 
  • Train partners and employees on product and processes 
  • Prioritize and manage work time to achieve your set goals
  • Competent in implementing- and measuring plans 

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the sanitary or building materials industry 
  • Proven track record of successful developing and setting up markets
  • Excellent Negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter attitude 
  • Well organizes, flexible with a hunter mentality
  • IT Skills in Good MS Office skills, SAP is a plus  
  • Readiness to travel from 20% to 50% within the assigned territory 
  • Fluent in English and German, Italian or French is a big plus any other language skills are appreciated
